Tea At The Sea

Sitting on the deck sipping a cup of tea
Watching all of life spill forth unto the sea

Losing track of all time and measure
Memories of days gone past a treasure

Stealing quiet fleeting moments
How life drifts along in silent movements

Warm steam from my chamomile tea
Eases my thoughts and sets me free

Free to remember cherished love
From the sky so high above

Graceful minutes swirling my emotions
Gentle breezes caressing my skin like potions;

The power of suggestion. This made me want to go and brew a cup of chamomile tea, sit on the porch and gaze at the stars (it is night-time here).
