You cannot be what you are not
You cannot give what you ain’t got
You cannot do what can’t be done
You cannot die for anyone

You cannot have what can’t exist
You can’t demand a doting kiss
You can’t command that you be loved
You can’t attack if you’re the dove

You cannot be responsible
For someone’s strokes – impossible
You can’t expunge the lies you tell
You cannot know if there’s a Hell

You cannot pray without belief
You cannot be an honest thief
You can’t undo a travesty
You can’t believe in harmony

You cannot buy a longer life
You cannot always please a wife
You cannot preach “Do as I say!”
And do the opposite each day

You cannot live on bread alone
You cannot hug by telephone
You cannot salvage foolish pride
You cannot hold all pains inside

You cannot breath if there’s no air
You cannot think the world is fair
You cannot laugh when there’s no fun
You can’t be loved when you’re just one

That's so sad, and so true, if you choose it to be. In my book anything is possible, anything.
I hope things aren't really this hopeless.
Keep up the awesome work!
