by Ashley Morash
copyright 07-31-2002

Age Rating: 7 to 127

3 cups flour

1 cup sugar

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 large egg or 2 small eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

preparation:

mix the dry and wet ingredients seperately, then mix together well. drizzle from a spoon into hot vegetable oil (around 375 degrees). from my own experience, the shape of the undagi will vary lots (they look like lil creatures to me). turn so all sides cook evenly. eat with sugar or honey!

I LOOOOVE donuts!
The people at the nearest Dunkin Donuts place would have much lower salaries if it wasn't for me!
I'll have to go check it out before I have no more money!
Thanks for sharing the recipe!
