250 g. of cream cheese
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
454 g. of shredded old cheddar cheese
227 g. of mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. of chopped parsley
1 cup of ground peanuts (or you can use poppyseeds, almonds, sesame seeds)
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheeses and parsley together in a bowl. Divide into 2 equal portions, then form into balls. Roll in peanuts (or whatever you choose) then chill overnight.
