Pineapple Angelfood cake

Ingredients

One Package of anglefood cake mix
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple

stir can of crushed pineapple into angelfood cake mix.

Pour into greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. It is easy and delious. May be served with cool whip.

Well, it's delicious with pineapple, so next I'm going to try strawberries, I think. They have acid... I'll let you know.

I have not tired it with other fruits. I suspect that it is the acid in the pineapple that makes the cake rise. I f you decide to try it let me know.
