A Friend Inside of You
by Jessica Conley (Age: 18)
copyright 08-12-2002

Age Rating: 13 to 127

I am so angry,
I don't know what to do.
I can't believe I ever saw,
A friend inside of you.
I can't take it anymore,
It's just to much to bare.
I walk away with feelings crushed,
And you don't even care.
I can't believe I ever saw,
A friend inside of you!
You are the kind of night mare,
That has always haunted me.
Then my little heart tears,
Into many pieces.
I hate you, I always will,
I won't ever forgive you.
I can't believe I ever saw,
A friend inside of you.

Now that is a poem of a 17 year old in pain because of being let down. In time all passes. I can't relate but I do understand because I have the years behind me. DIXIE LEE
