1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 lg onion, chopped
1 2lb bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 46-oz can tomato juice
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown beef, pork, and onion. Drain fat. Add undiluted soup and tomato juice and blend. Add vegetables, macaroni, salt, and pepper. Let come to boil, stirring often. Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
Serves 8-10.
