Citric Chicken
by Rhiannon Jacobs (Age: 21)
copyright 08-30-2002

Age Rating: 7 to 127

Ingr.: - 1 chicken cut up into squares
- 1 packet of onion soup powder
- 1 1/2 glasses of orange juice
- 1/2 glass of lemon juice
- oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh herbs

Method:
Put the chicken and the oil into a pan. Turn the chicken over till golden brown, then remove it ( I use the lid of the pan to place it on ). Also remove some of the oil leaving a bit at the bottom of the pan.

Add the orange and lemon juices and the onion soup powder to the oil. Sprinkle the herbs, salt and pepper over the chicken while replacing it into the pan. Put the lid on and "shake" ( but don´t get too exited with it ), so that everything gets mixed together.

Cook over a low fire for about 30 minutes. Then eat it with its lovely delicious citric sauce you´ve just made !!!!!!!

Enjoy, I hope you like it !!!!

I wanted to come back and say that this was a huge hit last month. My husband and I loved it so much that I made it twice that week. Great recipe and thanks!

I am a chicken lover so i already like this one. I'm always looking for new ways to dress up my chicken and I think I just found one. It sounds delicious.
