Dark fae tapping her feet on the mushroom
Entrancing lips with lilac hair
Entrapping prince with a lilac stare
And kissing the frog to make him the beast
That is "man".

Cold rain dancing from heavens in torrents
Cleansing the soul of saddness and pain
Clearing the heart and saving the sane
Till soft fingers dance on thread thin lips
And pain returns again.

Bright blond hair and shapely little hips
Leading the down and through hell
Leading the distance with saphire bells
That summons the red death approaching
Warning till we die

Lying in puddles of our own blood and tears
Clawing for salvation from fire and fear
Clawing yet our request is stuck in the rear
And we lie waiting for intervention in sadness
Till eternity disappears

This is spooky, but well written. I like your dark stuff. This one would be good for a Saturday night slumber party! The grandkids like scary things! Anthony

It reminds me of the stories I used to read to my children. Maybe good for a play but I think one's already been produced a long, long time ago.
