Pig Picking Cake

Pig Picking Cake

1 pckg. butter cake mix
1- 11 oz.can mandarin orange pieces ( chopped in juice )
1/2 oil
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients except oranges. Blend well, then add oranges. Bake at 300 degrees in 3 layers for 25 minutes or until done.

Icing:

1- 9 oz. carton whipped topping
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 lg. pckg. vanilla instant pudding

Combine all ingredients and spread on cooled layers.

With a name like pig picking cake, I would have never in a million years have tried it but looking at the ingredients for it, ok I'll consider it. It actually sounds really good!
