Fried Rice

  Fried Rice

4 eggs(scrambled )
1/2 cup sweet onions ( chopped )
1 carrot (diced ) 1 tsp. Accent
1/2 cup green pepper
( diced )
6 cups rice ( steamed and cooled )
1/4 head cabbage
( chopped )
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup mushrooms
( chopped )
2 cups cooked meat of your choice
( ham, chicken, beef, or shrimp )
3 tbsp. cooking oil or bacon drippings

Scramble eggs and set aside. In large skillet, use cooking oil or bacon drippings to saute cabbage, carrot, onion, pepper and mushrooms, seasoned with Accent. Add rice, eggs, and meat; season with soy sauce.

My mother-in-law calls this stuff sucki-yacki! It's a Japanese dish, yes it is fried rice but with more flavor! Great Recipe!
