Crystal Border
by Shannon Jaime (Age: 19)
copyright 09-11-2002

Age Rating: 7 to 127

Walk up the chiming, moonlit road,
Up to a place where no one knows.
Step up the gem-filled, glittering arch,
A sparkling bridge made of stars.

Walk up the diamond path unfurled,
The netherpath to another world.
Walk into the world of Crystal Border—
A world of peace, beauty and order.

A secret password you must reply;
On truthfulness you must rely.
The test of honesty is the key
To unlock a world that no one has seen.

See the wonders of a breathtaking sight:
The creatures of glory that light up the night.
Spot a floating feather from the creature of the sky;
See magical beings that glow, speak and fly.

Remember the scenes of this mystical place—
The world hidden in the catacombs of space—
For your memory will waver; the time will have spent,
Sending you back from where you were sent.

So when you hear the ringing of distant bells—
And when you sense a strong feeling compel—
Look up to the stars, your heart they will guide
To the unknown place you only discover from inside.
