Showing You Care
by Audrey Sullivan (Age: 43)
copyright 09-12-2002

Age Rating: 16 to 127

We only remember those we love
When they’re sick or when we need something;
Why don't we visit?
Why must they have to be sick,
or were in need of something
before we show up at their door?
we always seem to have time when were
spending there dime,but were
Never having the time just to say hi;
or we never have the time to drop
them a line.
Should this be the way we should be?
Or should we take the time while they're alive;
To take them out on a drive.

We always waste that precious moment when a person needed us the most in life. Don't regret it, do it now for someone who is alive! Nicely expressed.
