A research team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has isolated a gene capable of producing hair. The principle is based on the premise that protein-producing genes can be genetically transferred from one organism to another.
With the success in hair replacement genomes, I arranged to have my follicles treated with the genes of a jellyfish, the organism showing the most potential in lab tests with mice.
After thirty days, I am proud to report that I once again have a full head of green hair which glows under flourescent lighting.
The side effects are minimal... the most noticeable being that I now need to spend sixteen hours a day floating in the ocean, and I can only eat blue-green algae and plankton.

Sea temperatures around these coasts being what they are, whilst I don't mind being green, or glowing, I think I'll just see out my days follically challenged.
Thanks for reminding me not to take these people too seriously.
