I'll Love Him Forever/My Eternal Love
by Vanessa "Son" Hock (Age: 18)
copyright 09-14-2002

Age Rating: 1 to 127

I've been running around in circles
Just trying to get to him;
Whenever it comes to love,
I'm always out on a limb.

It seems like every boy has a girlfriend,
And every girl has a boyfriend.
But I'm always forgotten;
I'm always alone in the end.

Why am I left out?
My life's been the most tragic of all.
I don't want to be left out anymore;
My life's practically an unpredictable rainfall.

I wish I had someone to share all my good times with;
My friends are nice, but I wish my true love were here.
Sometimes I can't help but wonder: "Will I even get to meet him?"
Then I begin to shed tear after tear.

I know who I'm in love with;
I love him so much I wish I could meet him face-to-face.
He's the only one for me, but it's impossible for us to be together.
And every time I remember and accept this fact, I cry and stare up into space.

How I wish I could meet him in person;
My love for him is as bright and beautiful as the sun.
I'm such a hopeless dreamer, but I'll love him anyway;
I possess eternal love for my true love, though I haven't met the one.

Danielle, I'm sorry to say that this really is how I feel.

This poem is so sad and nice at the same time if you know what I mean. I just hope this isn't how you feel because I know how that feels and I don't want anyone to feel the way I feel because It dosen't feel good. So everyone that feels like this out in the world I just wanted to say I'm sorry and I hope you have better luck than I did.
Well anyways Great poem.
