It?
by Audrey Sullivan (Age: 43)
copyright 09-22-2002

Age Rating: 16 to 127

They slowely watched it,
As "IT" fell below shame.
"IT" didn't want to give a name,
"IT" knew it was the blame,
For wanting a perfect world.
A cure for the lonely and departed.
"IT" won't be broken down,
Because it stands firm on the ground.
Without making a sound,
"IT's" done all it can do, to get noticed.
"IT's" not sharp, but it has a good heart.
Now "IT's" beening ripped unsmart,
By an unwilling part.
So now "IT" holds its head once again,
In shame, knowing it is the only one to blame.
All this for not being smart,
Enough to play it's part.
So now "IT" will dismember,
Until one day it is remembered.

What is 'IT'? Just kidding. I think it's like Dixie says -- ' It could be the earth, wind, rain, fire,or...

Maybe each one of us has our own IT.

Well I've been thing on this one. It could be the earth, wind, rain, fire,or any one that wants to be nutral an feels their powerful enough to fill the bill. I think that it's left up to our own emagination. DIXIE LEE

I think you've got the foundations of inspiration in your thoughts. The rest will come in time with practice like all writers.
