Heavenly starlight cafe',
Perched against an easternly mountain sky.
Tis where I would soon announce,
That knot I hoped we might one day tie.
The northernly breeze parted her hair,
In the soft, dim night candlelight.
Her smile reflected the beauty of the stars,
With everlasting, memorable delight.
But then I bathed in my silence,
That still echoes ever so still.
Almost broken then as I shuddered,
Til I heard the angelic sound of her sweet voice,
And the darling, my darling, I will.
