Enchanted Clouds
by Sharron Tyrrell
copyright 07-11-2001

Age Rating: 18 to 127

Across the sky
a circus dances
on a windy summer day.
Over there gallops
a great white stallion
on his back a lass named Kay.
An elephant
with a trailing calf
slowly passes by.
A funny clown
with a big red nose
juggles tear drops in the sky.
A lion’s there
see his mighty roar
he surely is a King.
While the dancing dogs
on trembling legs
leap through a fire ring.
As the breezes blow
the images fade
to be back another day.
This time perhaps
a child’s delight
kittens with which to play.

I love children, the games they play, and how they choose to see their mother! *grin* I even wrote about that... hahaha. Take care.

I used to do this all the time as a child - lay in the pasture and create stories in the clouds. Sweet poem.
