The next few years went by so slow, it felt like aeons. We had to figure out what we were in the world of wicca, we had to find out how we got to be wiccans from our parents... We had to do so much before we even got started, it made me sick!
Atleast I got to see Tyler every day. That helped things go along faster. But he became almost like a teacher rather than a boyfriend. I didn't mind. I had remembered our past, and realized how serious it was to be re-taught the spells we had once known along with what we were charmed of to learn them from.
I don't understand how the system works, but I know how Nicki figured all of our powers; Tyler was an Aquarious and his dad was Charmed of Water. That made him Charmed of Water, like his dad.
Before I forget to tell you, there's something important about us new Charmed ones. See, some things happened in the last generation that made our little group even smaller. There aren't 7 anymore, so some (or one) of us have multiple powers. Tyler is Ice; water and frozen water joined as one. I thought it was pretty neat!
My mom is a Sagitarious, the fire archer, and I'm a Cancer, the stupid ole' crab. So that makes me Charmed of Nature.
Nicki was a Virgo, which was the virgin human. Her mom wasn't a Charmed One, but she was a wiccan by birth of non-eliments. I know she never used her powers after she turned 10, though. That makes Nicki Charmed of Man. I know that sounds weird, but it means she's physic and empathic, which means she can feel others emotions and feelings, along with pain, and even read minds. It fits her.
For a lot of reasons, we couldn't figure out what Lilly was. See, she's adopted to the Harrison family. So, we don't know what her mom was. All we knew was that she was an Aquarious, like Tyler. We knew she had to be Ground. It was the only one left, other than our leader, whom we had'nt found yet.
Whoever they were, they would control everything we didn't: time, space, matter, life, death... They would be The Non-Elimental Charmed One.
So, Nicki and Tyler tried everything. They taught her earth spells back-to-back-to-back. But she didn't seem to catch onto any of it.
We worked like that for 2 years before Nicki felt Claidi comeing back...
As Tyler was practicing his water spirl twister, he turned, holding the whirl wind of water in his hand. Nicki, whom had been studing the Book of Shadows, looked up towards the door.
Lil and me, who had been asleep, picked up our heads at almost the same time. I pushed away from the table, getting into a spells stance as the door was pushed open to Nicki's garage.
Claidi stepped in, that same smile I had seen that first night on her face. All of us got ready to fight but Lilly, but Claidi didn't even seem concered with us. She walked over to Lilly, her face twisted into a yawn, not yet fully awake.
"Hello, Lilly..."
Claidi's voice seemed so sweet. Part of me wanted to embrace her, but I couldn't do that! She was the enimy. Why did I feel this way?
Lilly looked up at her, wakeing up fully -finally- and stood up, holding her hands infront of her, like the rest of us.
"I'm not here to hurt you... Any of you. I'm here to help..."
Her hair looked like it were on fire as she and Lilly were almost face to face, a strange wind swirling around them both.
"You don't know what powers you harness, but if you join me, you won't ever need to. Powers will be yours for the asking. You won't be so left out, as I know you have been."
Lilly's face went from fear and anger to compliance as she nodded slowly. I couldn't believe Lilly would even think of joining them! At this point, I walked up behind Claidi, tapping her on the shoulder, smiling. When she turned around, I punched her with a Fire Punch.
She backed up only abit and growled at me, her eyes flashing white. As a white blast came from her eyes, it shot at me. I cried out in fear, trying to back up.
When it hit, I fell to the floor, a slight pain in my chest. But it was so soft. I had expected more then that from her.
Then I felt it. Blood. It was staining my legs. But it wasn't mine. I opened my eyes and saw Tyler lying over my legs. The shot had hit him in the shoudler and he was lying there, trying to get over the shock.
"Tyler! Tyler, oh God no!" I sat up and coddled him in my arms, kissing his forhead. "How did this happen?"
"I... couldn't let you get... hurt... I ran... infront of you... Protected you... I had to... I love... you..."
I started to cry, holding him as tightly as I dared. When I glanced up, Claidi had already "tied" Nicki up in what looked like a magical rope or chain. I know I should have, but I couldn't be concerned yet. I heard Lilly crying as she looked down at Tyler and me, but I couldn't think of anything but him.
He smiled up at me and I kissed him. My heart felt ready to break. He was bleeding so much... Was he going to...?
"Tyler, don't leave me! Without you, my life feels so empty! Tyler! Tyler, PLEASE!"
Then, Lilly screamed. She took ahold of Claidi by the throat and frowned. "Time to meet your maker..."
As she spoke, Claidi seemed to... I don't know, break down. Her body started to come apart, it seemed... And she was fadeing fast.
"You can't do this to me! No, please!"
She faded away and there was nothing left. Lilly's body seemed to glow as she smiled at us.
Nicki smiled back and chuckled abit. "Well, what do ya know...? She's our leader..."
Tyler picked up is head slowly, his shoulder not bleeding anymore, only blood seeped through his shirt. I wrapped my arms around him and kissed him again softly.
Lilly stopped glowing and smiles again, holding her hands together as if she were praying. "Me, the Non-Elimentalist... Now this is way past weird."
