Introducing Sailor Earth! Part 1

"Yea! The four day weekend's finally here!" Said a medium-sized girl, about 5'3", with wavey, shoulder length, brunette hair with bangs and side burns and Octagon-shaped glasses over brown eyes.
"Yeah, and it's such a gorgious day, too," Said another girl with long blond hair, no bangs, and blue eyes.
"You said it, Laura. That's why I love living in Orlando, Florida," said the brunette.
"Yeah, Katie, while the northern states have snow in the winter, we have sun and rain," Laura said back.
Meanwhile, a black cat with brown eyes and a crescent moon on her forehead looks on. "Is that her? Is she the one?" the cat asks herself.
"Hey Laura, do you want to come over to my house when you drop me off at home?" Katie asked as they walked toward Laura's red SUV.
"Sure, why not?" Laura said, with a smile.
"Great," Katie said, as they climbed into the SUV and drove away.

Okay, I'm guessing it's not.
You have a great story here.
But you have a couple of spelling mistakes such as gorgeous and wavey.
Finish it up soon.
