This week, let's explore some of the Sailor Moon poetry on the site. We have some very talented Moonatic poets at PnP, writing on almost every aspect of the show and characters.
Sailor Moon's mother, Queen Serenity, is a little known character. I know very little about her, but Jessie B has written a beautiful poem about her life and her dreams: "Angel of the Moon."
Next, I found an amazing poem by Irina Guschina called "Beating Again...." I'm not sure where in Sailor Moon this fits, but I love it. It's so beautiful.
I have always loved the romance between Usagi/Serena and Mamoru/Darien. Autumn B has captured the innocent beauty of this romance in Don't Let Me Go."
Haley T has also written a poem about the same romance. This one, however, is not a gentle and sweet love ballad. In "Moon Flying" Usagi/Serena is sad and angry because Mamoru/Darien is gone and she is lonely.
I hope you enjoyed reading these poems. After more of you have written, I will do this again sometime.
