  Peaceful Dreams (2)

lay down and go to sleep
dream a peaceful dream
where not a single soul weeps
and only for fun you will scream

fly into a land of hope
a land of joy and fun
somewhere where no one will mope
a place where you can run

run into a land of magic
a land of fantasy and enchantment
somewhere were there wreaks no havoc
a land you can imagine

go into a park of love
a park with soft green grass
somewhere where you can see a dove
and the water is as clear as glass

walk into a room of light
a room of laughter and joy
a place where there isn't a fright
a place you will enjoy

go to a place with nothing bad
a place where you can run free
nowhere that will make you sad
a place where you can be

fall into a peaceful sleep
and dream a peaceful dream
where not a single person weeps
and only for joy, you will scream

The End

Thank you girl for your warm words for all of us. Like all children an adults wish to “fly into a land of hope”, “go into a park of love A park with soft green grass Somewhere where you can see a dove And the water is as clear as glass…”. My dream is into your poem. – Ira.
