Corn Casarole

Corn Casarole

1box jiffy mix corn bread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter or margorine

.........................................................................
melt butter in 9x12 inch pan
mix all ingredients together
pour half the melted butter in mixture and stir
pour mixture into pan with remainder of butter and cook approx. 1 hour at 350 degrees

I'm sorry not a big fan of this one. No matter how many different ways you come up with for cooking corn it will always come out the same way to me..... corn. Blah!!!
Good Idea though!
