You're no longer in love
So you're going to leave.
You say so many things
And tell them all to me.
You're convinced it's over,
Something inside has changed.
What did you expect of me,
That I'd cry and act deranged?
You look me in the eye
and tell me now's the day.
Is there nothing to be said
That will make you want to stay?
If it weren't for the child,
you'd have left long ago.
After all this you smile
And say you wanted me to know.
Now with tears in my eyes
All I can do is believe,
That all you've said is true
And one day you'll be with me.
