Daddy....
I have always believed that God
sends angels from up above,
To show each and everyone of us
just how much that we are loved.
Sometime when the chips are down
and your at your lowest times,
God knows each and everyone of us
remember, He's your God and mine!
Seems when the worst times are here
You feel all alone and confused,
You feel like your world is over
like you have been terribly abused.
God has His hands around you
protecting your inner soul,
He will stand right there beside you
no matter how young or old.
As you go through this surgery, Daddy
remember that we are all here,
Never forget that God is in your court
He is always and forever near.
He feels our pain and suffering
eases it when He can, "He does care"
He listens to us when we speak
there are never un-answered prayers.
God will be there beside you, Daddy
He'll watch their every move,
He'll also be out there with mom
and in her heart, He'll somehow soothe.
He has His hands around our souls
He knows that it's gonna be alright,
Then when you awake in recovery
mom will be your first beautiful site.
So remember Dad, I Love You!
I will be right outside with mom,
When the operation is all over
and relieved that it is all done.
We will look up to the heavens,
drop to our knees and pray,
Thanking God for this miracle.....
our daddy is here to stay !
