and let you get under my skin
You were like silk upon my thighs
and joy was instilled within
I felt at home with each visit
felt comfort while giving in
Right or wrong, I didn't care
It didn't matter where I'd been
You only asked for a visit
and perhaps I could even stay
You tempted me with your two cents
and sweet words for me every day
You soon became an addiction
that was hard to overcome
And now that you're suddenly gone
I feel like I've come undone!
I miss how you were always there
How I found myself at your door
Time and again I'd end up there
It will happen never more
Themestream, why did you have to go
and leave us all in such a mess
Why did you close your doors
did you try your very best?
