Ham-Basil Quiche

1 9-inch pre shell
1 c. smoked or cooked ham, diced
1 c. grated Mozzerella or Jack cheese
1 TBSP chopped fresh basil, or 1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 TBSP mustard
3 eggs
3/4 whipping cream
dash black pepper
1 TBSP Parmesan cheese

1. Prebake pie shell for 5 min. at 400 degrees F.
2. Mix ham, cheese, and basil.
3. Spread mustard in bottom of prebaked pie shell. Sprinkle with ham-cheese mixture.
4. Beat eggs, cream, and black pepper. Pour mixture over ham/cheese in shell.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
6. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees F. on middle level for 30-35 minutes until filling is set and lightly browned.
7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves or parsely and sliced tomatoes.
