Crying And Death
by Martha R.
copyright 07-30-2001

Age Rating: 18 to 127

I’ll cry for you
My Mother so dear
I am afraid and scared too
Crying is what I didn’t do
When my Father left you
After he was buried and gone
I still sat and waited on
Seeing him beside me
Where I thought, he should be
I didn’t cry, I didn’t carry on
I feel as I cry, Mother you
Will stay by my side
Never leaving me too
I know that it’s not true
Even though I want it to be
All because I can’t even
Think of you leaving me
Crying soothes my soul
And relieves the pain
Most of all takes way
The *fear*
I'll cry for you
My mother so dear

Mothers are a wonderful thing! I've often felt the need to write to/for my mother as well. I've posted one called Willing Willow. I orginally named it Weeping Willow, but that didn't seem to fit my mother. Willling is much more like her. *soft reminicent smile*
