Green Pepper and eggs
by Denise-annette Langner-urso (Age: 48)
copyright 03-03-2003

Age Rating: 7 to 127

Cut three green pepper (red, yellow and green) into pieces.
Heat a pan with some oil (dont burn it)
When the oil is hot roast the pieces for about 5 minutes, spiced with some salt. Take as many raw eggs as you like and stir them in a bowl.
After 5 Minutes stir them into the pan with the pepper. Roast the mixture until the eggs are as hard as you like them . In the meantime smear slices of bread with butter. Now put the mixture from eggs and pepper on the bread. Your children will like it. But you should still be able to bite the pepper, dont roast all of it more then 10 Minutes in all.
For people who like a delicious short-time meal

Sounds good for a quick breakfast before heading off to work. I like the idea that it's quick and I love eggs and peppers any way. But for me to make this I will add some ham to it.Thanks
