Farewell My Friend
by Eric Carrillo (Age: 28)
copyright 08-01-2001

Age Rating: 1 to 127

Through the wilderness of life we have traveled.
On the rocky trail we have walked.
Our victories we have shared.
And when I have tripped, you have been there, supporting me.
But a last, there is a fork in the path,
the time to part has come,
farewell my friend.
You will be missed.
Remember remember, the path is not easy to travel.
When the going gets tough, walk faster!
With a smile, approach those predators which dwell in the
shadows.
The path has forked, the time to go our separate ways has come.
Remember, always keep a look out for the north star.
He will always lead you when the path is faded.
Never fear, but, fear itself.
The path has forked, fear not, even the wilderness has a few
tame beasts!
Farewell my friend, keep your head up, never let it droop.
The path has forked, the time to part has come,
farewell my friend.
The path has forked, farewell farewell, till we meet again.
You will be missed, nevertheless, the time has come to part.
Till we meet again, farewell.
Till we meet again, watch that northern star.
The path has forked, for a few seasons we must part.
Farewell my friend, till we meet again.
Till we meet again, take care...

A quote from a chiropractor's bulletine board you might enjoy, as it's sort of in the same spirit (sort of, i say):
"Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide
from beyond.

It's comforting to know that big black sky at night, wraps us in it's velvety dark blanket together. The sky... it is the one thing we all have in common, the earth... the one place we can all be at the same time. All together, on this big blue marble, we go on living and loving. :)
