From the beginning now to the end,
Blood is shed among us.
Neighbor against neighbor,
A battle of anger and lust.
In the beginning it seemed to me,
That said within those holy words.
We were all once the same people,
Now we act as if music with broken chords.
If we once came from two people,
Why are we now forever divided.
To live our lives in anger and hatred,
As if one nation divided then collided.
To hear others talk,
Talking about enemies and friends.
Pittiful to think of one nation broken,
To come to a whimpering end.
Now we must take up arms,
To bring them back together.
Put down your weapons of hatred,
Instead hug each other as if sisters and brothers.
