a tender caress
lip on lip.
Eyelids closed .
Hands searching.
Timelessness.

As tide increases,
crashing through the veins
with great strength,
Hearts intwine.
Breath intersects.
Relentless.

Each caress, each touch,
grows with hot desire;
intensity.
Warmth extends.
Heartbeats race.
Passionate.

Bloodrush warms red cheeks,
thrilling faces with
excitement.
Heat gushes.
Lips divide.
Endless stare.

Slowly the tide ebbs,
returns to the sea;
reality.
Memory.
Love refreshed.
The kiss.
