1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1-1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt

Sounds great. I'm good at baking and cooking but it's the clean up that always gets me... I'm gonna try these out. *rushes to kitchen with paper* I don't think I have all of the ingredients. WAAA! Talk to you later.
