take two cups freshly cooked rice
four cleaned wighting filays ... fish
half a stick of butter
a can of your favorite veg. like peas.
parmashan chees
and garlick


in a four by eight pan put a thin layer of butter then a layer of rice scatter some veggy's around and place two filays in the midle of the pan cover with rice and butter and a pinch of garlick.. (to your taist) salt and pepper cover with chees and start over till you fill the pan.. one youi fill the pan cover with alum foil and put it in the oven on 375 for 30 min. after thirty min check to see if the fish is done if not another twenty min's becouse ovens very from place to place.. once the fish is done take the foil off and serve with your favorite drink and music.. enjoy !! :)
