Mom's Pizza Rustica (Meat Pie)

Age Rating: 7 to 127

 
2 lbs of pot cheese
1 small mozzarella
1/2 lb. proscuitto
1/2 lb. salami
1 stick dry sausage
1 1/2 lbs. chop meat - pork
2 dozen eggs

Pie Crust:

1 1/2 lbs. of flour
5 eggs
pinch of salt
two tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

Brown port. Chop salami and other meats including mozzarella vary small. Combine pot cheese, meats, mozzarella and eggs. Mix well. Roll dough - half for bottom - pour ingrdients into baking pan, cover top half with layer of dough. Bake 3 1/2 - 4 hours in a 350 F oven.
