Wind blows the desperate screams of Zeus,
Inprisoned in the dying cage of Olympus,
Left amongst the corpses of his dead family,
Left with Aphrodite, now decaying and grotesque.
Yearning, he cries to the sirens,
Only to find they too have gone,
Under the ocean, to their watery graves,
Lonely in their silence, no voice left in their mouths,
Ever before having been a haunting tune,
The only trace now the echo of the waves.
Medusa, too, has let her snakes slowly die,
Entrancing no one, for no one is left,
Dead amongst the statues she too is stone,
Inside her silent palace, the statues do cry.
Endearing no more, nor followed by anyone,
Never to rise, the gods have lain to rest,
Only the humans now stir on the tomb of Olympus and cry,
Will you let me die now?
If you look down, it spells out the last line
