So you've plunged into the icy depths of my co-dependent heart,
overt demands, how long can you withstand the endless winter weather
Shared communal breath remains a bitter hostage in my dormant memory

The guided tour inside my inner soul has just begun, conduit passageway
to a tightly bound connection, constricted silver chain-reaction
Struggling with my clichéd demons who've thrown away the only key

Fall prostrate on your bended knees, then beg me to release you, set your spirit free
but we have no oathed relationship, at least that's what I'll say
I need to keep you cut-and-dried, imprisoned in my abject misery

You can't escape your daunting destiny, how dare you even try
Have a seat, indulge emotion's torment, induced by love's essential pain
Ensconced within my ivory tower, I'll write your code-blue history
