This challenge was from Ronda Sydnor on TS. I thought it might be interesting to issue it again here on Marine Life. This may help us get to know each other a tad better, and may even give a bit more of the "family" or community feeling to this beautiful site. Bob, if you hate challenges, I'm sorry but I was DRIVEN to do this. The challenge involves taking the alphabet and describing yourself and your feelings using all the letters of the alphabet. It's a fun and sometimes insightful exercise. Since I issued this challenge, I'll go first.
A - I'm Always Alert, (After my coffee in the morning - only 3 cups), I love Animals, I'm
Audacious, Articulate, and some consider me their favorite Aunt, as I'm also somewhat Artistic and Avant Garde (read cool).
B - My 'nickname' since Birth is Bunny, I have Blue eyes, and strawberry Blonde hair, I'm actually somewhat Brave (Believe it or not), and I like Beer.
C - I love Challenges, my hair Color is by Choice, I love Cats, I'm also Cautious, Creative, Cheeky (NO!!), and I wear Contact Lenses. My birth sign is Capricorn.
D - We have a Dog, a purebred Dufus (actually a border collie - close enough), I like to Dine out, I'm Driven
(sometimes) to be creative, and my birthday is in December.
E - I have Eclectic tastes in almost Everything, I have been told that I have an Electrifying personality, I'm Erudite, Educated and I'm an Ectomorph (working hard to become somewhat more Endomorphic before I have my operation).
F - I believe in the Fates, Fairies, and trying to be Fair. I have a Flair for creativity, am sometimes Foolish, have a Fiery temper, but, I'm a Faithful Friend, and I am NEVER Frugal.
G - I am, at times Garrulous, frequently wear my Glasses, tend to be Grim, occasionally Goofy, I make a Good Gravy, and I'm Gimpy in the legs (which makes me less than Graceful). I'm Genuinely Grateful for Marine Life Mag.
H - I am Happy with my life, I love Horses, I'm Honest, I have a weird sense of Humor, and I most definitely am NOT Susie Homemaker (talk about your dust rhinos!!).
I - I'm Indescribably Introverted (Yeah, right!) and Indubitably Ingenious (huh?), but, alas, Imperfect.
J - I am Just, I enjoy Jocularity, I can be Joyful at times, and my horse's name is Justin.
K - I am Kind, not overly Knowledgeable, I search for that elusive Kodak moment and it's my Knees that are gimpy.
L - I am Loving to Les and my family and pets, I am Long, Lithe and Lean, I Love Life, and I do Leatherwork.
M - I am sometimes Morbid, often Memorable, but NEVER Mawkish or Maudlin. I try to display My good Manners Most of the time. And the M.E. in my name
stands for Mary-Ellen.
N - I am Not Normal, Never at a loss for words. I am not Neat and tidy, and: I've broken my Nose 7 times and my Neck once. New Years Eve is my birthday (which of course means that I am the last person of my year of birth to celebrate).
O -I am Open, Outrageous, Outre, can be Obnoxious at times (No, really??) and I am not Obese (not that anyone really cares...)
P - I am not Perverted, I am very Persuasive, Philosophical, semi-Poetic, love Photography and am somewhat Profligate in my spending.
Q - I am Queen of the snappy come-backs, Quick-witted, but can be Querelous and Quarrelsome at times.
R - I am a Renaissance Rabbit (jack of many trades), I'm Reliable, Refined(NOT), Ribald, and sometimes, Ridiculous (perhaps that should read always Ridiculous?). I love to Ride horses.
S - I am Sarcastic, Slender, with a Swan-like neck, Selfish, but Special in my own way. I also am a Saddlemaker.
T - I am Talented, Trustworthy, have a well-known Temper, and am a person not to be Trifled with (I personally hate Trifle, so keep it to yourself!).
U - I am Unbelievably Unbending (yeah, right), my passions Unbridled (what can I say, U is a difficult wordlist), and I am Untrusting of others' Ulterior motives.
V - I am a Voracious reader, a Veritable fountain of trivia, I'm not Vivacious, but I am Vexing at times (just ask my sisters, and brother).
W - I am a Wanna-be Writer, somewhat Wistful (I NEVER Whine), and, I'm usually, Warm and Welcoming.
X - I have had so many Xrays, I fear that I glow in the dark. I am somewhat Xenophobic, and I do not play the Xylophone (does anyone?).
Y - I feel Youthful, Younger than my Years. I Yearn for a better world, and sometimes Yowl when I don't get my own way (which is fairly often).
Z - I am Zestful, like to Zap people with quick one-liners (Zingers), and my horse, Justin is a bay, not a Zebra.
