Your fingers intertwine mine and I am lost.
Where does your spirit end and mine begin?
Peace and passion mingle in a delightful dance.
I rouse within your embrace, certain of this:
My heart awakened with your tender kiss.
Freedom dwells where love gives and receives.
I question not your leaving or waiting,
because your hold is true and eyes, honest.
Faithful is your name and I am swept away.
You are mine. I am yours and content to be.
Wrapped in this rich miracle of two hearts
beating together in one poetic rhythm.
Come storms or fire! Come midnight or famine.
I have no doubts in this heart, no quakeing fear.
Love has won my spirit and breathes here.
I LIVE!
