What you will need:

1 cup of Marinade*
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
16 cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 onion (your choice what kind) cut into 1/2 inch pieces
8 wooden skewers

Directions:
1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes
2. In a large ziploc bag combine 3/4 cup of the Marinade and chicken
3. Close the bag and marinate in fridge for 20 min, turning several times.
4. Remove Chicken from bag and discard the left-over marinade
5. Alternate the chicken and veggies onto the skewers until all are gone.
6. Grill chicken brushing the usused marinade on until chicken is fully cooked. (usually about 15-20 min)

Enjoy!

*you can use whatever kind of marinade you want - Lawry's has an Herb and Garlic Mrinade with Lemon Juice divided

(and of course you are welcome to add any kind of veggies you would like...ie squash, carots, potatoes...etc etc.)

I will have to try this on one of my nights to cook. I think everyone is getting tired of my famous "open some cans" meals...lol
