Homemade Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

Two cans of crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
5 basil leaves
2 pounds of chopped beef
3 eggs
2 tsps salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup of milk
3 tps garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 cups of bread crumb
2 tbps of parsley flakes

The Sauce:
Saute cloves of garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and basil leaves and cook on medium heat for one hour.

For Meatballs:
In a bowl beat three eggs in milk, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes.
Add this mixture to the meat and then add bread crumbs.
After mixture is mixed with hands, shape into medium sized balls and saute them in 1/4 cup of olive oil until brown on both sides, then add them to the tomato sauce and cook for another 45 minutes to an hour on medium heat.
