Breast Of Veal

Age Rating: 7 to 127

 
Ingredients:

One - 4 or 5 lb breast of veal (Have the butcher cut a pouch in the breast.
1 and 1/2 lb. of ricotta cheese
One mozerella chopped up in pieces
Three eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbls parsley flakes
2 tblsps. parmasian cheese

Mix the above in bowl then fill the veal pouch. Rub the veal with salt and pepper and fresh parsley, then place in roasting pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour to 1 1/2 hours, depending on how you want the veal cooked.
