OH, YEAH! This was playing in the SuperS at the end of the episode "Protect a Mother's Dream". It was when everyone was arguing (mainly Usagi and Chibi Usa) until Ikuko Mama stopped them. The music stopped playing when she silenced the room. After she asked if the cake was good and everyone said yes, the music started playing again.
