i love this song. Emi Shinohara is the seiyuu for Kino Makoto/Sailor Jupiter and she has a very pretty mature voice. and since it's a jupiter song, well, you can tell it's about her senpai.. senpai is an older classmate and she calls her old love by that name-suffix or name-senpai. it's very romantic, it originally has a saxophone in it, and i think saxophones have to be the most romantic instrument. it reminds me of my true love... but it's still so sad, it gives me a feeling or night when it's raining and lights in the city are shining ^_^; of course, it mentions that in the song but that's not the reason why. i have the Japanese lyrics romanization
