Born 73 years ago in Pittsburgh, PA. Happily married for 55 years to my childhood sweetheart; parents of 6 children, 16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 dogs and 3 cats. I'm an artist, designer, seamstress, wood-worker, photographer ,writer and poet, bouncing all of the above back and forth for all these years. Through lean or good years one of these has always brought me through. I have just spent the last year and a half by my husband's sick bed praying and writing overtime. He is now recovering from a bad surgical mistake made in Sept 2001. He will go back into surgery for the 4th time on Feb.4. Hopefully this will be the final one on his way back to health. As of 4/13 it wasn't, but there is still hope.... And I still believe in God.
