Hello, fair artisans with the pen! I am Dale Pogue. I reside in the Southern part of Texas where the gulf waters lap against the sandy shores. I am a writer of poetry in the old-fashioned way. It rhymes. I know that's a bit like driving an Edsel or wearing a zoot suit, but it is who I am. I am retired. I live with my wife of fifty years. I love birding, fishing, camping, reading, and tasting the various cuisines created in this part of our land.I enjoy my family and friends and faith. I love to travel to new places across the United States. This is a great and beautiful land. My favorite poet on PnP is Richard Reed. He is an artist worth emulating. That's about it.
